Men’s hormone health
Get back to feeling strong and steady.
Lab-guided testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men noticing lower energy, drive, or progress in the gym. In person in Beverly Hills or by video.
Could it be low testosterone?
Testosterone naturally declines with age, and for some men it drops low enough to affect how they feel every day. A simple blood panel tells you where you stand.
Constant fatigue
Lower libido

TRT questions
-
TRT is a medical treatment that restores testosterone in men whose levels are low due to aging, certain medical conditions, or other factors.
-
TRT is typically recommended for men diagnosed with low testosterone (hypogonadism). Symptoms can include fatigue, decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, depression, and decreased muscle mass.
-
TRT comes in several forms, including injections, patches, gels, pellets, and, more recently, oral testosterone. The right method depends on your preference, convenience, and medical needs.
-
Benefits may include more energy, better mood, improved libido and sexual function, more muscle mass and strength, and possible improvements in bone density.
-
Like any treatment, TRT carries potential risks, including acne, fluid retention, breast enlargement, sleep apnea, and an increased risk of cardiovascular events in some people. Careful monitoring helps manage these risks.
-
It varies. Some men notice improvements within a few weeks; others need several months to reach their best results.
-
When prescribed and monitored by your doctor, TRT is generally considered safe for long-term use. Regular lab checks keep risks low and results on track.
-
TRT can suppress sperm production and may affect fertility. There are often ways to address this, so talk with Dr. Christian about your plans before starting.
-
If you have symptoms of low testosterone or questions about your hormone levels, Dr. Christian can evaluate your symptoms, run the right tests, and recommend the best options for you.
